These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Buzz, an online-only AI brand and growth copilot provided by BUZZ GLOBAL SERVICES LTD. By creating an account, subscribing or using the workspace, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Buzz generates brand positioning, names, taglines, visual directions, promo storyboards and a Brand Starter Pack from the information you provide. It is a digital subscription tool that delivers creative and informational outputs only. It does not ship physical goods and provides no offline, in-person or installation service.
2. No professional advice
Buzz is not a substitute for licensed management consultancy, accountancy, legal, financial, investment or tax advice, and its outputs are not professional recommendations. We do not provide, or broker, any investment, fundraising, money handling or financial advisory service. For company registration, tax, contracts, funding or other regulated matters, consult a suitably qualified professional. You are responsible for decisions you make using Buzz.
3. No guaranteed outcomes
We make no promise of any specific revenue, sales, funding, ranking or other business result. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or out of date and must be reviewed by you before use.
4. Eligibility and minors
You must be at least 13 to use Buzz. It is not for anyone under 13. If you are 13–17, you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. By using the service you confirm you meet these requirements and, where you act for a business, that you are authorised to do so.
5. Accounts
Keep your login credentials secure and accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Payment terms: paid plans are USD subscriptions processed by Stripe.
- Plans are Spark (free), Growth and Studio, billed in USD monthly or yearly through Stripe.
- Paid plans renew automatically each period until cancelled. Prices are shown before you subscribe.
- This is a pure subscription — there are no credits and no stored value. Monthly allowances reset each period and do not carry over.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Your content and licence
You keep ownership of the material you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it to deliver the service. Rights in generated outputs and any commercial-use conditions are set out in the Content License, including your responsibility to run trademark and copyright checks before commercial use.
8. Acceptable use
You must use Buzz lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, including not impersonating third-party brands or generating misleading or infringing content.
9. Intellectual property
The Buzz platform, software, design and branding belong to BUZZ GLOBAL SERVICES LTD. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond use of the service.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Buzz available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, improve or change features, and may amend these Terms; material changes will be notified and the updated date shown below.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buzzis provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for business decisions made in reliance on generated outputs. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
