This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone using Buzz, provided by BUZZ GLOBAL SERVICES LTD. It exists to keep the service lawful, safe and fair. Breaching it may lead to suspension or termination.
1. Brand & intellectual property responsibility
- AI-generated names, logos, marks and copy are starting points. Before any commercial use you must complete your own trademark and copyright due diligence.
- Do not use Buzz to imitate, impersonate or pass off a third-party brand, product, person, team or organisation.
- Do not generate content that infringes intellectual property, or that is misleading, deceptive or constitutes false advertising.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use Buzz to create, promote or distribute:
- Unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or scam content, or anything that facilitates it.
- Hateful, harassing, defamatory, or violent content, or content that sexualises minors.
- Investment, fundraising, money-handling, financial, legal, medical or other regulated advice presented as professional guidance.
- Malware, phishing, or attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, or overload the service.
- Content that infringes privacy or misuses another person’s personal data.
- Spam, or bulk automated content designed to mislead.
3. Fair use of the workspace
Use the service within your plan’s allowances and as intended. Do not resell, sublicense or share access in breach of your plan, or attempt to circumvent usage limits, security or billing.
4. Accuracy of your inputs
Only submit information you are entitled to use. Do not upload confidential material of others without permission, or content you do not have the rights to.
5. Reporting and enforcement
Report misuse to support@buzzglobal.shop. We may investigate, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
