This Content License explains who owns what when you use Buzz, provided by BUZZ GLOBAL SERVICES LTD — both the material you upload and the brand assets the service generates.
1. Your uploaded material
You keep all ownership of the logos, product photos, text and other material you upload. You grant Buzz a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that material only to deliver the service to you (for example to inform your brand plan and visuals). Uploaded reference files are cached for up to 30 days and then cleared unless kept in an active project. You can request deletion at any time.
2. Assets Buzz generates for you
Subject to your subscription being in good standing and to the conditions below, Buzz grants you a commercial licence to use the brand plans, names, taglines, visual directions, promo storyboards and exported packs it generates from your brief, for your own business.
3. Your due diligence obligation
Generated names, marks and copy are creative suggestions. Before using them commercially, you must complete your own trademark and copyright due diligence. Buzz does not warrant that any generated name or mark is registrable, original, or free from third-party rights, and you are responsible for your use of it. See the AI Disclaimer and Acceptable Use Policy.
4. What you may not do
- Use generated assets to impersonate or infringe a third-party brand, or to mislead.
- Claim Buzz generated assets are professional legal, financial or investment deliverables.
- Resell the raw generation service itself as if it were your own tool.
5. Our platform
The Buzz software, templates, design system and branding remain the property of BUZZ GLOBAL SERVICES LTD. This licence covers the outputs you create, not the underlying platform.
6. Model training
We do not use your uploaded material or generated results to train AI models. They are processed solely to deliver your outputs.
